Thermal-Vac Arizona is the newest chapter in the story of a family business founded four decades ago to find solutions to some of the toughest manufacturing challenges. From our new 20,000-square-foot facility in Chino Valley we offer customers a one-stop shop for brazing, heat treatment, full fabrication process management, and engineering support. Some say we’re crazy to do so much, but it’s how we’ve learned to get the job done right.
Steve Driscol founded our sister company in Orange, California, in 1985. His goal was to provide Southern California’s aerospace industry with the no-nonsense savvy it wasn’t finding in local brazing shops. The Orange facility today boasts over 45,000 square feet and serves some of America’s most demanding customers.
Having left an indomitable mark on the California market, Steve joined forces with his son Sean to deliver the same level of excellence to customers in the heart of Northern Arizona. Having learned the ropes at his father’s side, the two now bring their materials-crafting magic, know-how, and customer-centric focus to the Arizona landscape.
While we don’t exactly turn lead into gold, we do provide the finest in-house treatments, machining, testing, R&D, stock cutting, and logistics services money can buy. From your door to ours and back again, we deliver excellence in all we do. There’s simply no other option for us.
